“How important is trust in establishing long-term business relationship?”
Well, having trust, or giving trust is a big thing. It takes ten times longer to put trust back together then to break it. Like my mom says “trust is like a mirror.. when you break it, you are taking a hammer to it.. you could put it back together but it will never look or be the same”. I believe that these words are true and important when building a relationship.
When working with someone, it is important to establish trust and to trust each other fully. I don’t know why someone would want to work with someone that they cant trust. I actually find it sad, and tiering. I think that trust is absolutely of the utmost importance when you have a business partner in a long term business relationship. Why? If you are going to be working with someone, especially for a long time, then you need to be able to trust them because they are going to be with you for a while. That means that you are going to be doing business with each other for a long time, and trust is important because you will be dealing with some big stuff when you have a business. Like money, benefits, work, taxes, etc.
